They will never see the light of day, because when the sausage makers make the sausage, they only use ingredients supplied and approved by the monied interests that keep them in Congress. The entire system is built to ensure the rich and powerful have their say before anyone else. But hope springs eternal, and this week, I detail a proposal from a group called represent.us.
