"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.  You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows." Psalm 23:5  God overflows our cup so that we can be a blessing to others with the excess. God does not want us to live in "Survival Mode" where we are run to exhaustion everyday.
