About Peter's career journey “The journey there was definitely not straightforward for me. Growing up it was very clear that being employed was the only way to have a career. It took me years of ignoring my inner voice to actually come to the realization that I could not possibly remain in a corporate career for the next 30 years and then just retire one day. Once I made the leap, the real work began as I had jumped into the unknown and, with hindsight, picked one of the most difficult times to start out in a new business venture”.
