Just use an e-collar (electric collar) to fix everything! Right? Wrong! This is particularly true of dogs who are already struggling with anxiety and fear and have an overwhelming amount of stimulation already. You do not want to add more stimulation to a dog who is already having an adverse response (whining, barking , fleeing, biting, urinating) the the current level of stimulation in that situation.
