Two pilots were rescued from a plane crash on the south coast of WA, receiving only minor injuries from the incident.

The Boeing 727 Fireliner was responding to a bushfire in the Fitzgerald River National Park, where is crashed in the area on Monday afternoon. 

DFES Commissioner Darren Klem says they have not discovered the cause of the crash.
