2021 Agricultural Hall of Fame inductee Dr Graham Crosbie is a pioneer of the WA noodle wheat industry.

He has helped develop among other things the delicious wheat noodle that is still native to WA. 

"We managed to develop a very useful test that helped us select for this character, to give us the right texture," he told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast.
