A proposal to build a concrete 'burnout pad' has been made to a regional WA council in the hope of reducing hooning behaviour on the town's streets.

One group in the country town of Boddington has come up with the idea of a concrete pad which would hopefully bring drivers to the town 120 kilometres southeast of Perth.
