Richard Goyder, the chairman of Woodside Petroleum, Qantas and AFL, has become the next Perth executive to relocate to the east coast for the foreseeable future.

The news comes with Wesfarmers' chief executive Rob Scott and several senior members moving east to escape WA's quarantine rules.
