Ten 'everyday' Australians have been invited to attend the Queen's funeral in London next week.

Shanna Whan is one of the invitees who is Australian of the Year Local Hero 2022 and the Founder of Sober in the Country, a charity targeting the abuse of alcohol in the bush.

Ms Whan told Liam Bartlett on 6PR Mornings that she is still processing the invite and is 'overwhelmed with the enormity of the offer.'
