Restaurant critic and food editor Rod Broadfield said the owners of Noma in Copenhagen are setting up shop in the South West town.

Ben Ing and his Perth-born partner Kirsty Marchant – head chef and head gardener – moved to WA at the end of 2020, leaving local foodies in a spin as to their plans.

Broadfield told Liam Bartlett on 6PR Mornings  the duo will next month unveil Alberta’s, a 50-seater that embodies everything Nordic, and anyone into their food will want to try it "at least once".
