Anglicare Australia claims housing across the nation is in “meltdown” and the market never more volatile or less affordable.

In a report titled ‘Housing for All’, the charity earmarked 500,000 new social housing and low-cost rental properties to be constructed over the next 20 years:

Anglicare WA CEO Mark Glasson said the 20-year plan aims to fix the housing system and get every person into a house. 

He told Gary Adshead, in for Liam Bartlett on 6PR Mornings, the current system is broken, destroyed and needs to be fixed.
