Deanna Ostar, owner of Pretty Little Designs told Oly she has had to cancel her Australia Post contract due to the exploding costs.

"It's an absolute blow to our business, we also found out by pure chance - just in passing with lots of emails to my account manager, he just called late on Thursday night and said by the way this is happening effective 28th of November, giving us absolutely no time to prepare," Ms Ostar told Oly. 

"We don't make any money on freight, most of the time we lose money on it - we are now stuck with trying to find a new freight company."
