5. Second continuous world cruise aboard Samaria 1923 and it grows in popularity
6. World cruising visits Australia throughout the 1930s and introduces these long duration pleasure voyages to Aussie citizens
7. From 1970s onwards world cruises become a big part of Australian holiday
8. QE2 first visit in 1978 and came a further 24 times!!
9. Today world cruising is a massive part of the local industry
10. We even have world cruises originating from Australian ports! (Princess Cruises)
