This is just a quick look into the content and style I will have moving forward. This was at the tail end of a recording I was making weeks ago, but I felt it was a good place to start as we begin this new podcasting journey.
If you find yourself doing well in life and content with where you're at, you need to find something new to challenge yourself. Being around plenty of millionaires over the past year, I've picked up on a few patterns of theirs that need to be pointed out.
What kills millionaires, slamming them back to square one, is not the stock market, it's not the economy, it's not even the business hitting a long rough season. What kills millionaires is climbing the summit only to rest easy and coast through life up there.
The next thing you know, they've lost the business and are as broke as an 18-year-old college student living off of ramen noodles all day. If complacency and being comfortable with life right now can kill millionaires, what chance do you have?
Only when they started climbing higher mountains, taking more risk, and learning more skills did they get that fortune back. So pick up a new hobby, learn a new skill, do something spontaneous, but whatever you do, don't stay comfortable. Keep growing!
