The North Dakota Beef Commission celebrates May 2023 as “Beef Month” in North Dakota in recognition of the state’s beef industry and the benefits it provides to the state’s economy and to the health of its citizens.  NDBC Interim Executive Director Nicole Wardner and Rusty Halvorson talk about some of the month's promotions, including the best burger in the state, school activities, and the very popular virtual 5K run.
