Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason- on today’s journey in this game called life: Does it ever end? What I am referring to is fitting in or seeking that external validation! Such a hard spot to be in. Now I had an I depth conversation with a father of 2 boys one in kindergarten and the other starting high school. He was mentioning how they were both having issues fitting in with the groups at school and how that caused them depression and anxiety, and as the conversation went on he then mentioned he was having the same issue at work! It seems to never change at any age right! Then to put the nail in coffin I spoke with a beautiful women who is in an old age home who said that those same issues are very relevant even at her age!! I was blown away a little. This is something that won’t change from birth until death 💀 unless we change ourself first!!👊🙏🙌
