I continue on about how the fact that I did not just reacted and instead just listened allowed the lesson to aid in my growth and evolution of mind body and spirit yes I took a little beat down 😪but it was well worth it - it truly only makes us stronger to know what we are capable of if we truly appreciate and follow what's in our heart ❤️- never let anyone or anything steal your shine or light!!
