Gaël Lams is a Chief Information Officer, leading the Information and Communications Technology Services at the ITCILO and a member of the Centre’ Senior Management Team.
He has a strong and sincere interest in how Information Communication and Learning Technologies can help an organization reach its objectives and, more generally, how it can contribute to achieve the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
His role is therefore to make sure that ICT projects & activities are strategic, sustainable and inclusive.

Denisse López B. is an independent e-learning consultant based in Sweden. She holds a PhD in E-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning from Lancaster University (UK). Her fields of expertise are E-Research, Learning Experience Design and Media Design, which she combines in order to: create sustainable online learning solutions, fine-tune existing ones, or scale them for the future. She is an ambassador for lifelong-, open- and networked learning, and participates actively in different projects around these topics. She is also the co-founder and director of Free We Grow, a self-directed learning space for children in London (UK).
In this podcast she provides an insight into rich feedback, the characteristics of it, different types of feedback including examples of those which are considered useful. Her interest in this topic arose after incorporating peer-feedback as an assessment strategy in the team-based MOOCs that she co-designed at the Leuphana University (Germany), with the aim of fulfilling logistical as well as formative functions.

Atish Gonsalves is a social technologist, entrepreneur and the Founder of Gamoteca, a collaborative platform for trainers to easily create and publish micro-learning experiences that use human interaction, mixed reality and game-based activities. Giulia Bertolino works for the Sustainable Development Programme at the International Training Centre of the ILO. More precisely, she is project assistant for a three-year capacity-building project on project procurement, which is the result of a partnership between the ITCILO and IFAD (the International Fund for Agricultural Development).
With a background in translation and interpreting studies, she started working for the Centre in 2015 and since then she has been supporting the delivery of a wide range of very diverse training activities. Over the years, she has developed a strong interest for (e-) learning design, methodologies and tools.

Yuliya Dzhulyk is Ukrainian and live in Italy since 2006. She considers herself a citizen of the world - open to different cultures, new ideas and to creative thinking and solutions.
She holds a Master degree in Foreign Languages from L’viv National University (Ukraine). Additionally she pursued her studies in the field of International Development and Cooperation and graduated from the University of Turin – Faculty of Political Sciences.
Her collaboration with the ITCILO dates back to 2012 and since 2013 works in the Sustainable Development Programme at the ITCILO. Prior to joining ITCILO, she worked in Ukraine as interpreter for the donor - funded consulting and engineering project in the field of energy, environment and urban development; in Italy for private companies operating in the fields of professional translation, digital printing systems and airport logistics.
Her motto: “If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough” by Albert Einstein.
Delphine Dall’Agata currently works as a Junior Programme Officer at the International Training Centre of the ILO, where she coordinates innovative learning experiences and global communication campaigns. She holds a Masters in Management of Development from the Turin School of Development and a Bachelors in Spanish and Italian Studies from Dickinson College. Out of the office, you can find her swing dancing or gardening on her balcony.

Nicole Pallares Ferrer, from Panama, graduated in Digital Media Design for Learning with a concentration in games for learning. She is passionate and experienced on the use of new media and games for behavioural change and social inclusion.
Before joining the International Training Centre of the ILO in 2021, she worked as digital pedagogical specialist in Italy, United States, and Ecuador where she gained experience as an instructional designer, gamification design in learning, quality assurance, facilitation of online and face-to-face trainings, applied research methods, augmented, virtual and mixed reality for education and MOOCs.
She currently is a Learning Innovation Junior Programme Officer helping in the grading up the staff capacity with state-of-the-art learning design and technology, further rollout and scaling up the Centre’s augmented reality and virtual reality portfolio and coordinates as well as provides support to the KGRTC project in Zambia and more. She has multiple years’ experience of working in multicultural settings. She fluently speaks Spanish, Italian and English.

Stefano Merante is the programme officer in charge of the Skills portfolio within the Employment Policy and Analysis Programme of the International Training Center of the ILO in Turin (Italy).
