As we settle into the rhythm of another term, it is my prayer that God will meet with us powerfully today and really doing something fresh and renewing amongst us. There is something helpful and good about rhythm although we can allow rhythm to become an excuse for complacency if we are not careful. We get used to faith, to God, to Church and everything becomes a little predictable. That’s not always a good thing.
