When Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on a donkey, excitement, buzz, and emotion were so high that the very FABRIC of creation threatened to tear apart in the presence of the King! People cheered, celebrated, and rejoiced in anticipation of this: the moment the King would set them free.

And yet in spite of all the excitement...all of the buzz...not one person present understood the implications of that moment. This was not just a celebration... This was the moment heaven touched down!

In this Palm Sunday message, Pastor Andy Williamson takes us back to that day in Jerusalem. He shows us that in spite of the excitement of the Triumphal Entry, Christ’s heart was broken because the city did not understand the time of its visitation.

But today, we refuse to let these moments pass us by! Our God is fully alive and at work all around us — if we’ll open our eyes to see it! May we never get so caught up in our own lives and our own comfort that we do not hear when our Savior is at the door... This visitor isn’t just anyone — He is FREEDOM and REDEMPTION in our lives! And He isn’t on His way... He’s already here.
