Dr. Rogers - I read all of your articles and really appreciate your approach. I live in Kentucky, any suggestions on how I can find a similar doctor here?
What test do you use to check cortisol? Also, what about thyroid testing? Do you check anything besides T3 and T4?
I'm a 36 year old male and have always been active. I'm having trouble sleeping, stay fatigued at the gym, and I find myself getting irritable at work. Former athlete with his fair share of injuries. I'm just looking for help in those areas. How would you approach this as I'm 36?
I am currently taking ancestral supplements NDT (4 capsules). My last labs were incomplete but normal. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's, am in menopause and have had weight gain. What do you think I should do?
Is there a specific time you recommend intermittent fasting (skipping your first or last meal of the day)?
