First in a series of 5 ancient Greek/Roman epitaphs (= texts on graves). This first one uses the oldest preserved song with lyrics "Seikilos' epitaph" (written by Seikilos, and dedicated to Euterpe, possibly his wife) as basis for a modernized version of the preserved theme. All sounds generated by Roland Integra-7.
hóson zêis, phaínou mēdèn hólōs sù lupoû pròs olígon ésti tò zên tò télos ho khrónos apaiteî.
