Jay Zimmer reports. Good news for drivers using the northbound Pigeon Creek Bridge... construction will soon wrap up on that portion of the project, more good news for drivers who travel to Indianapolis... the Martinsville section of I-69 should be open by the end of the year, and gasoline still isn't cheap, but fears of big price spikes at the pump seem to be easing.
