Here's the thing about the news It cares about one thing And that is views

Well, It boils down to the bottom line But thats there to discuss another time

This is what bothers me... The way that negativity is perpetually on our news feeds Where are all the good deeds?

I get out my phone Instinctively press home Scroll to the right

And what do we see?

Trump fucks up this and a Horrible tragedy that goes unaddressed

My heart goes out to all the victims But should we really keep the spotlight on them?

Or should we fight to fix the problem?

Not arguing like an angry mob who could never hope to get anything solved

All that breeds is hate And contempt

But for a solution, its not too late Focus not on the sickness, but how to prevent
