Is sinus pressure giving you a hard time? Learn how to relieve your sinus pressure in just 60 seconds, in this video by Dr. Brad Wolf!

The sinuses are located throughout your face. To start relieving sinus pressure within 60 seconds, use your hands to apply pressure to your face. Use your fingers to press into your forehead, eyebrows, around the nose, and in different parts of your face. This can be a really effective way to relieve sinus pressure buildup.

The next thing to relieve sinus pressure is to reduce the inflammation. To bring down the inflammation in your sinuses, as discussed in previous videos, you can apply ice, a cold pack, or a chilled face mask, and place where you are experiencing sinus pressure. The cold will help reduce inflammation and relieve pressure in your sinuses.

This can be a number of different things from digestive issues, to food sensitivities, posture issues and even weather patterns. If you are experiencing chronic sinus problems, you may require additional strategies beyond the scope of this video.
