Nobody really cares until you BECOME! Do not wait for their permission to be great, people will talk you down but do what you need to do still.
You need not care about what people will say when you show up, what they will feel and how they will accept the new you because of course they do not really care, so why care?
You owe it to yourself to be great, NOBODY CARES!
