What kid didn’t want their own robot, growing up? I think all four of us would agree that it would have been pretty awesome. This week, we’re living out a bit of wish fulfillment, as we’re taking on two examples of that dream.

The first, from 1999, is ‘The Iron Giant’. The second, is brand new from 2018, ‘Next Gen’. Two very different films with one unified theme, kick ass robots that are voiced by dudes that are way cooler than us.

After a full month of monsters and mayhem, it’s time to shift gears into kid friendly robots…. and mayhem. Who says you’ve gotta grow up?
