Committed Humanitarians; Hani, Farahin, Shakinah and Amira aim to raise awareness of the unfair treatment young professionals receive at work, where ageism is present in the distribution of tasks. Observantly, young people in Malaysia are typically seen as having fewer possibilities to innovate and lacking the creative drive in coming up with solutions, or they are not trusted enough to take on responsibility, which results in no career development and unemployment.
