In our tenth Teshuvah lesson Sister Alpha continues the goal of being a Master of Repentance, with a focus on:

• Breaking one's Physical Desires

• Doing good deeds with the very matter one committed the sin

• Searching one's ways

• Examining one's ways

• Confession
