Sister Alpha brings Teshuvah (Repentance) to the assembly of FOTW.

Our sixth lesson in Teshuvah is about Principle 1: Regretting Sin. Sister Alpha teaches that sin carries a weight, and that repentance is the necessary action to remove the weight and get us back on the straight path. She discusses the 7 Aspects of Regret, which are all tied together in order to bring us to the repentance that we need.

Next class will begin with Principle 2: Forsaking Sin.
