In this presentation, we will:

• Start with an overview of the Value Added Model and discuss its underlying philosophy, strengths, and possible challenges
• Then we’ll look at how VAM has been implemented in districts across the US and provide you with some information to think about for your own implementation of the VAM model as an instructional leader.
