If I could rate it a 10 star I would. This book not only has helped my game it gave me an insight into my own life. It has opened up doors I never thought possible. I've even purchased a few extra to give as gifts. Every Disc Golfer needs to add this book to their bag. In addition listening to the podcasts are a great companion and way to put it all together.
