passed the US CPA Exam and CPA Candidate I have been providing Accounting, Bookkeeping and Tax advice to family, friends theri small

business since 1996 using Quickbooks. Now I am working on getting Enrolled Agent certification and have 20 + years Accounting and Tax

preparation service experience

After six years working in Public Accounting /taxes in US/India, I along with my SMB QB Accounting and tax practices moved into Software world

and worked with IBM, Accenture and few SAAS based companies startups and consulted with large enterprises doing Cloud-based Application

Integration and Business Process Management Consultant/Advisor, implementations/coaching. I helped many big businesses in Business Process

Reengineering and Business Transformation and Digitization of operation and helped them become agile enterprise by providing solutions for

increased Visibility, Flexibility, Reliability and Traceability resulting in improved Financial performance and greater customer and employee

satisfaction.

Gary had a loving wife, whose sudden death led me to rethink life and work from home/local office and take care of my two beautiful daughters.

For a year and a half, I worked at Xero Cloud Accounting software company helping CPA/Bookkeeper modernize the practice to Cloud

Accounting and helped streamline QuickBook Desktop /QBO to Xero conversion. I became Expert in XERO, Xero Conversion Specialist, Xero &

Payroll Certified Advisor

After leaving Xero in late 2016 and with Accounting and Business Transformation/Digi experience I I founded BN Guru in 2017 to fuel and my

passion for small business and this led him to return full-time to his first love of numbers doing Cloud-based Real Time Accounting,

Bookkeeping.providing value to small business based on the passion for numbers.
