As attorneys, law-students, and advocates we are trained to solve problems. We are trained to spot problems and then do whatever we have to in order to resolve that problem for our clients. As a result, if we were not before, we become problem-solvers. More importantly, we become very closely connected to the identity of being a problem-solver.
