Courtney was diagnosed with breast cancer a week after her 30th birthday.  In our chat we talk about her diagnosis, information overload, fear and the turning point where she decided to take her health into her own hands.  This is such an inspiring discussion for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer.  Courtney is a beautiful soul, a courageous soul who has just embarked on a 40 day juice and water fast and is now diving deep with vipassana meditation.
