April 19, 2020: Naveed Shah is an immigrant who served in the U.S. Army. He is the Director of Communications for the Fairfax County NAACP, Government Affairs for Common Defense, and serves as a veteran's advocate on Capitol Hill.  In 2016, Naveed was invited to attend President Obama's State of the Union address as the special guest of First Lady Michelle Obama.  On today's episode he shares his story and talks about his experience as a Muslim in America.
