All of my tracks on soundcloud are FREE to download. Whatever happened to free stuff? It's here. 100% of my tracks on soundcloud are my own original works, I don't do covers, arrangements or remixes. I mainly write melodies, my pieces usually consist of a lot of melodic content. I compose music in many genres: Children's, Jazz, Melodic, Ethnic, Space, Halloween, Classical, Southern/Western, Rock. My music encompasses a lot of variety. I have been using a Sibelius notational program for my work (upgraded to Sibelius 7). Recently I obtained Noteperformer for Sibelius, and have been using it for many of my pieces. All my pieces have been notated, contact me if you want free PDF's of particular compositions. I have been writing music since I was in Junior High School, I have some songs with lyrics, but most are instrumentals. I was in band in High School and College, and I have been a member in several choirs as well. My old stuff is awesome too, check it out!
Update: I have recently uploaded virtually all of the compositions I have composed since 1997. I have included playlists as part of my offerings, with compositions from many novel genres.
I am open to collaborations with members of Soundcloud.
I care about music, no matter the source. If you have heard something delightful or outstanding, and wish to share, please suggest it to me.

“I am monarch of all I survey, My right there is none to dispute, From the centre all round to the sea, I am lord of the fowl and the brute. O solitude! Where are the charms That sages have seen in thy face? Better dwell in the midst of alarms, Than reign in this horrible place.” ― William Cowper, The Poetical Works Of William Cowper

Open the Tome
Pin Pricks of ice that dance upon the light
They all will come to rest inside the Tome
Cradles of sight that rearrange our flight
will come to spend some time inside the Tome
Meteor ghosts and who will see the most
The answer will be found inside the Tome
Carnival wines that flow from sacred pines
Relay us to a place within the Tome
Fortune favors anyone
who believes in magick
Send a spell into the world
to a scroll of sanskrit
Feed the portal magistrate
who spends all his lifetimes
Digging in the mine inside the Tome
Digging in the mine inside the Tome.
Tourmaline eddies
Conquering maybes
When you are ready
Open the Tome
Flowering splinters
Catacomb winters
Seething to collect in the Tome
Tourmaline eddies
Conquering maybes
When you are ready
Open the Tome
Flowering splinters
catacomb winters
Find their way to a home
Within a rooted Tome
Pin Pricks of ice that dance upon the light
They all will come to rest inside the Tome
Cradles of sight that rearrange our flight
will come to spend some time inside the Tome
Meteor ghosts and who will see the most
The answer will be found inside the Tome

"Playing in the Snow"
Running in the snow, crunching boots below
(I'm in the snow) I know where to go, playing in the snow
Loads of silken flakes, too much for a rake
Following the snow while I go
I am very bold, ‘cause it’s very cold
(I'm in the snow) A seasonal gold, snowfall’s never old
After I have roamed, when I’ve gotten home
I will warm myself by the fire
Finishing my snowman, looking at the sky
watching all the snowflakes, falling by and by
Chasing after my friends, in a brand new world
Feeling fluffy powder tickle my nose
Playing in the snow, nature’s frosty show
(I'm in the snow) Wind sweeps with a flow, As I watch a Doe
Flurries by the bunch, Glad I brought my lunch
My Mom packed some hot tea for me
I just lost a bet, snow CAN make you wet
(I'm in the snow) But I’m not upset, so I will not fret
Crystals made of ice, snow is really nice
Icicles are clinging up high
Crawling through an igloo, one big icy cave
Skiing down a mountain, with my Father’s aid
Climb on a tobagan, just the four of us
Hold on really tightly, so we aren’t tossed
Running in the snow, crunching boots below
(I'm in the snow) I know where to go,Playing in the snow
Loads of silken flakes, too much for a rake
Playing in the snow all day!
Playing in the snow all day!
I'm Grateful to the Andover Light Orchestra from the UK for their performance of the piece.

Lyrics:
Work complete Thoughts are done At the end of the day Dark and cold imprint upon the land
Sit with me Drink with me At the end of the day Heavy as we are while grasses sleep
Now the browns and greys have increased While the gloam imparts its smokescreen All our wounds they need a healing so we Fall into the indent of our souls, please
Walk with me Talk with me Share with me as we dream Relax like a night leaf in the trees
Be with Me Don't you see I Love you, You love me Hear it in your heart that we are free
Hope the dawn will sing awake our minds
Kids in Space
When I sit by myself
Thinking of their good health
Knowing how smart they are
Will they go to a star?
Someday some Kids to be
Will climb the endless tree
Kids who extend their reach
Something to teach
(Repeat)
During second repeat:
Kids in space, Stretching high, where are you
Kids in space, Rising high, who are you
Spacecrafts take off and lurch, into the cosmic church
Eat astral soup for lunch, stars winking by the bunch
Fuzzy infinity
Planet's divinity
Who will you meet out there
Will they just stop and stare
(With next part)
Find a way you kids in space
Make your way with patient grace (repeat)
Rushing through like a stream
Into tommorow's dream
Find truth that doesn't lie
Part of forever's sky
Welcome your challenges,
Galactic colleges
Lost in a Spiral arm
Nebulas are star farms
When I sit by myself
Thinking of their good health
Knowing how smart they are
Will they go to a star?
Someday some Kids to be
Will climb the endless tree
Kids who extend their reach
Something to teach
(repeat)

Now time for one last verse
(Part of the megaverse?)
Hoping their travels deep
Lead them to peace
