"XXY" is somewhat of a return to form – when I first started making music I was heavily influenced by ambient, classical, post rock and meditative long-play works. Over the years my influences changed and manifested – I became inspired by more electronic sounds, beats and arrangements.

More recently I was turned back onto meditative, soothing sounds. Friends introduced me to the music of Max Richter, Ólafur Arnalds, Dustin O'Halloran. I became inspired by and enveloped in the world of music for meditation, music for sleeping, music to soothe the mind.

I took that new inspiration and poured it into every one of these songs. I'm so happy to share "XXY" with you and I hope you enjoy it.
