In a case stemming  from 2017, three Jamaican men living in Lynn Haven were arraigned Thursday in federal court on fraud charges. Authorities dubbed the case a "foreign lottery scam" because unsuspecting victims were promised millions in lottery "winnings" and then aske to pay thousands in taxes and fees up front. The three men pleaded not guilty each to 17 counts of federal fraud and face up to 20 years in federal prison on each count.
