Peter slips into the high priest's courtyard. He wants to see what happens to Jesus. A servant girl notices him and says, "You were with Jesus." Peter denies it. This happens again two more times. Then the rooster crows. Jesus turns and looks straight at Peter.. Then Peyer remembers Jesus' words."Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times."
