Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) encouraged the harassment of Trump administration officials and high-profile supporters at a rally over the weekend. While her comments have been denounced by other Democratic leaders, the party is still making political hay of this issue and ignoring the fact that families have been mistreated at the border for years.
