IHOP made a big deal about changing its name to “IHOb,” encouraging people to guess what the “b” stood for. If you guessed “burgers,” you’re right – but it seems as if the chain is just using “IHOb” as a marketing stunt, temporarily changing to the “International House of Burgers.” Other restaurant chains had a field day with the letter swap on Twitter. Doc, Kris and Martin cover some of the best Twitter reactions as well as the “well, they tried” tweets that were way too corporate. Doc’s two big questions are 1) does “The Morning Blaze” crew need to go test these burgers? and 2) what makes IHOb’s offerings “international”?
