Embr Wave is a personal thermostat that helps you warm up or cool down based on your own temperature – even when you’re in an environment that’s too cold or too hot. Co-founder Sam Shames explains the technology and how his team came up with the idea after working in a lab with an uncomfortable temperature. According to the site, Embr Wave works in a similar way to holding a hot cup of coffee in your hands or using cold water to cool down your wrists.
