Two Florida customers have sued McDonald’s for $5 million because the Quarter Pounder burger costs the same with or without cheese. The lawsuit alleges that the customers are being forced to pay for cheese they do not receive because they pay the same price whether or not they want slices of cheese on their Quarter Pounders. "McDonald's is being unjustly enriched by these practices,” the lawsuit claims. Is paying 30 to 90 cents more for cheese you don’t eat enough of an offense to sue over? Sara and Jeffy discuss.
