On March 19, 2009, expectant mother Erin Thompson and her son Caden Odell were killed in a head-on collision, when 16 year old Justine Winter’s car crossed the center line on Highway 93, near Evergreen, Montana. Evidence would lead investigators and prosecutors to determine that Justine’s actions were not accidental at all, but seemingly deliberate.
