Victor Williams, a former investment banker, was named CEO of NBA Africa in August 2020. Currently based in the league's Johannesburg office, Williams oversees the league's basketball and business development efforts in Africa.

Williams is responsible for overseeing the NBA's basketball and business development initiatives in Africa and for growing the popularity of basketball and the NBA across the continent through grassroots development, media distribution, corporate partnerships, and more.
