WUFT Morning Edition host Glenn Richards speaks with guitarist/composer Nels Cline, probably best known as lead guitarist for Wilco (since 2004).

They discuss his latest project, an improvisational collaboration with drummer Gerald Cleaver and saxophonist Larry Ochs. Their new album, 'What Is To Be Done,' was released earlier this year by Clean Feed Records. They also talk about Nels' upcoming plans including a new Wilco album and tour and his impressions about working with Lady Gaga and Yoko Ono's Plastic Ono Band.

The Nels Cline, Gerald Cleaver, Larry Ochs trio will be performing a night of improvised music on Friday, April 12, 2019 at Heartwood Soundstage in downtown Gainesville (619 South Main St.).
