Today on the Eye on NY podcast:  A recap of the WCBS gubernatorial debate between Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Republican challenger Marc Molinaro. It has been described as "fiery" and "spirited." One thing it shouldn't be described as: A debate.  A critique of the WCBS moderators. A lot of focus is on Cuomo and Molinaro, and the candidates tend to take the blame when certain issues aren't mentioned. But that's the moderators' responsibility.  The good news: Upstate was mentioned during last night's debate. The bad news: It wasn't an important issue.
