After what my family has gone through the last month or so, I decided to talk about Grief. If you have had a major loss in your life, whether it be a death of a friend or familt member or pet. Or even the loss of a relationship. You may have experienced grief. In this episode I talk about what grief is and the stages of grief you may experience in the process. Yes, grief is a process.

Everyone experiences grief differently. So if you are going through one stage, your other family members may be on another stage. That is OK! The most critical thing when working through grief is depression. Do get stuck in the depression stage. If you need help just ask for help. There is nothing wrong with seeking help. YOu can call the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration at 1-800-662-4357.

Don't think you're alone in this. You have options to work through your grief.

Thank you for listening and stay safw and stay positive!
