Thank you for joining the She's Awake Podcasts first official episode of season two called...It's Not Fair. In this episode I share with the community my process when I was triggered at an event. During my learning and meditation, I was able to see a limiting belief around "it's not fair" and that there is a lack of abundance for everyone. (Note: that was the limiting belief)

It's interesting when we allow ourselves to fully feel our experiences, we can gain deeper insights and understanding about ourselves. I just shared the process I go through and how I discovered this belief system of lack.
